Terms & conditions.

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern all warehouse lease agreements facilitated through the WestoreHUB platform. By entering into an agreement through our platform, both lessors and lessees agree to be bound by these Terms.

1.1 Definitions

• Lessor: The property owner or authorized agent listing the warehouse space.
• Lessee: The individual or entity renting the warehouse space.
• Platform: The WestoreHUB online marketplace and related services.
• Property: The warehouse space, including all fixtures and improvements.

1.2 Agreement formation

A binding agreement is formed when both parties execute the lease documents generated through the WestoreHUB platform. Electronic signatures are accepted and legally binding.

2.1 Term

Terms may range from short-term (30 days minimum) to long-term (up to 10 years). The specific duration is agreed upon by both parties and specified in the individual agreement.

2.2 Renewal options

• Automatic renewal clauses may be included if agreed upon by both parties.
• Renewal terms must be negotiated at least 60 days before expiration.
• Rent adjustments for renewal periods must comply with local regulations.

2.3 Early termination

Early termination may be permitted under specific circumstances as outlined in Section 7. Penalties may apply as specified in the individual agreement.

3.1 Rent payment

• Rent is due on the first day of each month.
• Late payments incur a 5% penalty after 5 days.
• Accepted payment methods: bank transfer, credit card, or check.
• Security deposit equal to one month's rent is required.
